Landmark cultural hub that redefines public space in the heart of Rotterdam’s riverfront district.

Commissioned by the Rotterdam Arts Council, the Atlas Pavilion was designed to be more than a building — it’s a gathering place for the city’s thriving creative community. Eureka worked closely with local artists, civic leaders, and urban planners to design a flexible, light-filled space that hosts exhibitions, performances, and public programs. The final structure features sustainable materials, modular galleries, and an iconic roofline that has become a recognizable part of the Rotterdam skyline. Today, the pavilion welcomes over 500,000 visitors annually, revitalizing the neighborhood around it.

Eureka captured our vision for an inclusive, world-class arts center better than we ever could have imagined. The pavilion has energized our cultural scene and given Rotterdam a new beating heart.
